Free Standard Shipping via UPS ground is a complimentary upgrade on all orders. With Standard Delivery your order is estimated to arrive within 5 to 10 business days. To receive your delivery in a timelier manner you may choose Express Delivery for $9.95. With Express Delivery, your shipment should arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Because some items are made to order and take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery, they cannot be shipped via Express Delivery. Pending credit approval and item availability, the item(s) will ship within 24 hours from date of order. PalmBeach is currently unable to ship outside of the United States.

Returns

The PalmBeach return policy is simple. You may return any item for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price within 90 days of receiving your order.

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Please note any items returned for exchange on the "exchange form" located on the lower right portion of your invoice. For your protection, PalmBeach recommends that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Refunds

PalmBeach will notify you via e-mail of your refund once they have received and processed the returned item. Please note that PalmBeach can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of their error.
